Complimentary 15 minute online consultation to meet Dr. Mariah, answer questions regarding services, and get a feel for her unique approach.

Dr. Mariah provides an in-home comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation. She takes ample time to get to know you and your child by engaging with your child in their environment, listening to your concerns, reviewing your child’s developmental and medical history as well as related environment and lifestyle factors.
She performs a physical exam and coordinates any testing and screening needed for diagnosis and treatment. Workup may include but is not limited to standardized assessments and screening tools, bloodwork, and/or referrals to relevant specialists.

Online session. Dr. Mariah reviews the results of the evaluation and recommended workup, provides relevant psychoeducation, answers questions, and collaborates with you to develop a treatment plan with practical strategies to address most pressing challenges for your family. May also include prescriptions for medications as needed and desired.

Online session. Dr. Mariah reviews progress of the treatment plan and adjusts as needed. If physical evaluation is warranted, this appointment will be in-home (cost included).

Initial Evaluation
