Personal, Holistic, Wrap-around Services

Dr. Mariah takes the time to get to know your child, the ways they thrive and the challenges they face . She listens to the concerns of each person that cares for them.
Evaluations are comprehensive and conducted over two to three appointments. At least one appointment is offered in your home. Options for parents or adolescents to meet with Dr. Mariah privately to discuss there concerns are available.
The final appointment in this process is an opportunity to do a deep dive into the neuroscience and our best understanding of your child’s neurodivergent brain.

Dr. Mariah works collaboratively with you and your child to develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique strengths, needs, and values.
Follow-up and treatment services can include medication management, psychoeducation, referrals to relevant specialists, coaching, connections to online or community resources, and more.
Appointments are offered in your home or online.

Dr. Mariah combines her understanding of neurodivergence and how the brain is wired with her life coaching skills to help you support your child. She will teach you new techniques and help you explore and address the barriers to the changes you want to make in your home. She uses the framework of Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, an evidence based, neurodiversity affirming, and trauma informed approach developed by Dr. Ross Greene.
Dr. Mariah’s Parent Coaching is within the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics to provide parent training in behavior management.

ADHD life coaching is a specialized service for individuals or families affected by ADHD. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as a partnership where the coach helps clients identify strengths, set realistic goals, and create actionable plans. This process promotes self-awareness, accountability, and skill-building to manage ADHD symptoms effectively.

Dr. Mariah collaborates with you, your child, and your child’s educators to create the educational support your child needs. She helps you navigate the process by connecting you with the information and resources you need and/or being present in IEP conferences or parent-teacher meetings. She supports parents and educators in gaining the understanding they need to support your child with empathy and strategies that incorporate their strengths.

All services are offered through a monthly membership or individualized packages.
Membership and package options are created collaboratively and tailored to your unique family needs. Pricing ranges from $200 for a one-time 60 minute consult to $1500 a month for unlimited monthly support.
Payment accepted includes FSA, HSA, or Private Pay. I am not contracted with any insurances. If needed, I am happy to provide a superbill for my evaluation and treatment services.
If my services feel like a needed fit, but finances are a barrier. Please ask about my sliding scale options.

Beyond evaluations and treatment, I offer parent management coaching and ADHD life coaching for parents, families, teens, and young adults.
Coaching can be paired with treatment or provided as standalone support to help navigate the challenges of ADHD with clarity and confidence.
My coaching approach focuses on identifying strengths, clarifying values, and setting meaningful goals. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to improve focus, build confidence, and create lasting success—at home, at school, and in life.
